Its that rear fog light time of year again!!
Here we go again-
rear fog lights on evrywhere even when the fog has gone-how irritating and dazzling this is, especially at night Law states when visibility is LESS THAN 100m............... None of them were MGR though so clearly better cars, better drivers.....

LOL....yep. We were just driving through a local village behind a Ford Ka at approx 25 mph. Normal distance + a bit when the Ka rear fog light came on. Cheeses me off. I put my headlights on main beam. Sometimes works. sometimes doesn't.
Worse than that though was the woman driving a Pug 205 down the lane with NO lights on at all. I stopped and flashed my headlights at her. She put her hand up to thank me for stopping and promptly drove past and disappeared into the gloom..still with her lights off! Amazing.... What about mirror, signal, manoeuvre? Around here it seems to be brake, turn, signal, mirror. Sometimes ..no signal. IS IT ME???? |

one of my pet hates- also front fog lamps ( I can hear it now- they're not fog lamps they're driving lamps- pity they dont make you a better driver).
we had a hint of a slight mist the other night, no reduced visibility and that is going to be it now for the next three months everyone driving about with rear fogs on. the other thing I hate is in a traffic queue when the drongo in front tries burning your retinas out by keeping his foot on the footbrake instead of putting the handbrake (yes I know Ive done it myself from time to time, let him without sin etc !!). anyway, rant over- I was quite chilled till I started typing this. |

The doddery old fool was most probably driving the car with no lights, on the wrong side of the road which caused the lorry to swerve out of control into the silver car.
They are more than likely still driving around Norfolk trying to find their way back to the old folks home, oblivious to the carnage they have left behind them. Such are the trials and tribulations of daily living in this "peaceful" part of the UK. |
