Default Argghhh

Had a lovely walnut and chrome auto gear knob which I was taking up to the national to see if anyone wanted it.

Not lovely anymore. Dropped it outside putting it into the car and have damaged the wood at the top where the button is. Chipped right off.

If anyone is looking for a damaged gear knob for 20 quid let me know.

Shame, it must have been worth at least £5000000 before that mishap

Why on Earth would anyone pay 20 of their pounds to buy a damaged item, when the best place for it is surely the rubbish bin. Still there are some who may go for it....

Furniture makers throw chains and stones at newly made Oak furniture to make it look like an authentic antique.

Just covince yourself that the gear knob is an antique.
