What's this called?

I'm missing one of these (Well lost it actually) it the (nut) thing that holds the plastic legs either end of the trim that covers the number plate lights, trying to find something when you don't know what it's called is awkward.

Id still have to fish the dropped nut out though, I don't like the thought of stray stuff lying in voids..
