More of an endorsement than anything else.

I don't need any this time as I fitted them to both my cars from the last production run. What I would like to say is that the quality and fit of these finishers is top notch, and set off the side of the car a treat (particularly IMO the dark colours). Plus of course, it hides the inevitable ring scratches and such that gather in the depression behind the door handles.

Cheers All.

Im sure these would look fantastic and wish mine were metal but mine has the rover plastic ones that look great, but the prospect of trying to remove the plastic ones then re fit metal...

Default door finishers

For those who don't know, the original MG Rover door handle finishers were made of plastic and proved to be a very popular accessory, so much so that they quickly sold out.

However, Crofts was able to measure the exact dimensions of the originals, and produce an almost identical looking replica set but of much higher quality. These newer versions are brass plated, and extremely durable.

When placing an order Crofts has stated the factory have always insisted on 50 sets as a minimum, and in previous runs the cost has been around the £50 mark, but the price of brass plate continues to rise, so for this run an actual final price cannot be fixed until the confirmed numbers required are reached.

Payment would need to be made in advance via PayPal only, and direct to Crofts, not the club, in this way he won't be left out of pocket. Once final numbers are confirmed and 50 or more are reached, Crofts will collect all monies and proceed with the order dealing directly with the factory. He will then pack and despatch to members.

This post is to gauge the interest from members in getting another batch of Crofts door finishers produced.

The final costs for the last run ended up being: UK MEMBERS £44.95 & OVERSEAS MEMBERS £48.65, however no set price has been agreed as yet to the increase in material costs, but as a guide cost lets say £50

Our thanks once again go to Dave (Crofts) for stepping up to the plate and organising this for us

If you are interested in buying a set please add your name below together with the quantity you require, but at this stage, send no money:
