Apparently the same with Northern Ireland too! I received a parcel from England this morning with a customs declaration on it. I know there are stipulations as the Irish Sea needs to be (like it or not) a form of border, but what I do not understand, is how it worked before - well I do, in a way, but that leads to a different type of political discussion lol. I can remember though, my grandmother 'smuggling' meat from Southern Ireland in the past lol (she was from Southern Ireland, and was visiting family).

Currently, Dunelm have suspended all deliveries to Northern Ireland, along with the closure of their shops since 26th December for the lockdown, they will have no business from NI at all (although they hope to have delivery resumed for 11th Jan. - but it makes you wonder why some businesses did not prepare contingencies, it was not as though they had no warning of it!).
