My ZT CDTI is used as my get to work car (18 miles both ways) and any long distance drives. General running around (shopping/taking the dog out) we use the OH's Micra.

My everyday car. I too am retired and do very low miles with only the occasional 200 mile round trip to Yorkshire.
I am hoping to get to Fraser ( Frazzle's) 7th Annual Gretna Meet on 17th July to meet a few fellow members and that will be a good 400 mile drive, round trip which I am looking forward to. I love driving my 2.5 V6.

I'm lucky, or unlucky, to own 4 cars. My tourer led an active life and we used it as all tourers were built for, carrying stuff. We added almost 50k onto it in 4 years but now it's semi retired. It gets an easier life now and just gets used as part of 'ratating' the fleet to keep batteries charged.

Daily use - 50 miles per day commute
The boss would rather I took a company Audi A3 and asked if mine was reliable. I pointed him at the Reliability Index http://www.reliabilityindex.com/reliability/search/215 Rover wins hands down :¬)

My ZT CDTI is my usual car and has now clocked 248,000 miles. It will do perhaps another 50,000 miles before the scrapman cometh in 2018 when I retire, as I would like something different as my usual car. I also run a 260 and 190 plus my pride and joy, a very fast TR4
