I have the same issue , will have to try something soon , in the meantime , i turn the stereo up ....

Thanks, I have already tried everything on that thread except replacing the door channels, unfortunately without success. The rattle is driving me mad, spoils a great car.

You are not alone in this mate.
I also have drivers side window rattle. But i usualy get it only on realy bad roads or just after them, when all car is being shaked. After that its starts to ratle even on small bumbs. I am also looking for cure.
