Default OEM MG Rover Clocks on ebay.

Hi, just to let you know these are available now on ebay.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1316480779...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

They are sold as described.
They are an easy fix, here's mine after a little fix.
The paper faces are wrinkled due to damp storage, I fixed mine with 3M spray mount, just removed the paper face and lightly sprayed on adhesive and smoothed down. remember to mask off where you don't want the adhesive go first.

Seems they are selling them off because the faces are wrinkled.

I see enough of that every morning in the bathroom mirror...

Ordered one. Give it the young lad to wrap and return for my Christmas! Saves getting socks 😉

these were part of a dealer set, I got one years ago when they still came with the pen holder, pen, notepad, mousemat and calendar. Sad when they get split up and sold separately.

I saw these listed a few days ago when I posted about the coasters they were selling. They only wanted £9 each for the clocks then, must have had an influx of purchases from somewhere for them to hike the price, I wonder where

Mine arrived today, well packaged with a new battery! Bonus.

Anyway, a word of caution. The clock comes apart very easily, the hands pull straight off with gentle pressure. I took the paper out, it's not glued just fits into the surround with 4 paper tabs. Now, I thought a quick run over with the iron would do it and it did, of a fashion. The wife's ironing board now has a cracking imprint of the MG ROVER design. Turns out the ink transfers very easily. She's not seen it yet........
