Has anyone been to the Royal Albert Hall lately?
The reason I ask is that I have just booked tickets( a BIG suprise) to see the Moody Blues in October. I have asked for best available seats and have got two in the front "Arena", now my concern....are these seats so close to the stage that you are looking up allmost at the roof?, has anyone any experience of such seats ? All replies gratefully received!!P.

Sometimes being to Close at any of these Concerts is bad as you loose all the Visual effects and spendour of Light show etc.
Should be a Good one though, but haven't been to the Hall for sometime so best not comment on Neck strain. |

We had front row seats for a Jools Holland gig about 4 years ago and they were far enough back from the (not too high) stage to get an excellent view!
(doubt it's changed too much since then?) |

I find this site uesful for choosing seats at venues. Here's the page for the Albert Hall.
