Interesting way of getting direct contacts with a Bank

Hmm.

Have a massive problem at present with Citibank. But that's a story for another day. Basically they are ignoring my complaint against them.

Interestingly, one of the routes for their compaints procedure is that you can email a central address and then they ignore you from there. But this time, I asked for a read receipt so that I can prove that they received it. I've had half a dozen within a minute or so, and all with named email addresses of people who have read my message.

Bet I still get ignored, but at least I can now ask them personally why they ignored me!

PS, don't touch them with a very long, very brown bargepole!!
