Ebay Taking The mick!

How come a Fraudulent listing stays and don't get removed.
Con Listings left the Same,
But I have had two listings removed on their Final Day because I stated Advertised Elsewhere and that is now against EBay Listing Rules.
No refund of Charges either.
I wouldn't mind if they dealt with real problems but that is just taking the mick.

Told Mrs JDC she is to close her shop now, and we will sell elsewhere.
EBay may only loose a few Hundred pounds in Charges but it makes me feel better.

Just did exactly the same thing to me. Waited until a few hours before the auction ended, then sent me an email saying they'd pulled it

Well, somebody is reporting you guys.....

I am getting increasingly irritated by all this. For days I have been reporting a Power seller with 5500+ feedback. 90% of his listings are pirated software and so far ebay have pulled nothing by this guy.....I am jut waiting for the Publishers Association to raise hell with ebay now...then it will be bye bye crook.....in the meantime, ebay pick on genuine sellers who breach relatively minor rules...

That they do...but when the PA get hold of them they tend to get arrested

Note the wording on his listings....maybe a few have been removed after all.......

i will take legal action to any 1 who give false email of any kind to have my listing removed . with court action '

Methinks he doth protest too much....
