Quick TV tuner question
Another one of those "just out of interest" threads, hi-line models with TVs in the dash, are there presets for the TV stations like you'd have on a radio, or is there simply a seek+ type button for viewing the channels?

Alas they won't, you'll need to replace the tuner or add a DVB-T to the AUX input

Beat me to that Rich, you can get a few 12v Freeview Tuners that will now do the job, but I do like the BMW one, but expensive. SMC, you can search the channels automatically for the area you are in on the TV then just use rotary knob to change channel of all the ones found, then use Teletext etc. It remembers them so if you are in the same transmitter area no problems but it only takes a couple of seconds to retune them all. Or you can Manually tune if you so wish. |

There is a search function that will pick out the channels in the visinity and lock them (25 max. I think). Then you turn the knob to select the station you want.
