The Sat Nav is a v. big job requiring a whole new wiring loom for the car. It can be done but is not for the faint hearted and getting all the correct boxes would be tricky. The nav head unit is only one of circa five boxes of electronics you'll need.

Retro fitting a Symphony is straightforward, just requiring a different ICE wiring loom, though you'll likely need a different adaptor to make the Kenwood changer work with it.
