Anyone who would like to see some pictures from a German 75
Next spring I will have new alloys (17") but the first I have changed was buying a Remus exhaust.

Hans-Peter,

I like your number plate, is that on the car all of the time or is it a show plate.

Car looks good too

Ian

It's not a "show plate". In Germany you can choose the number plate depending on the place you live. That means the first letter(s) mean the City the next letters and numbers can be choosen by you ( if available). They stay on the car as long as the car is not sold to a person in another city. Sadly RO-75 was not available when I bought the car. On my ZS 180 I had SU-ZS-180.
And the best is : it costs only EUR 15,- (GBP 12)

Shh! Don't mention this over here, considering the price tags of the DVLA ...

BTW wasn't it 20 euro? Or 20 DM? Can't remember the currency anymore ...

Nice big wheels and nice BIG shine. Like it Monte.

I take it the air intake isn't too restricted there though? Just looks a bit tight to get good airflow. It does look good though.

Indeed the DVLA can be expensive, but at least you can keep the number from car to car or city to city.

Cheers Ian

Over here it's also car to car and city to city, but only if within the same county (shown by the first 1-3 letters).

These 15 or 20 euro are just an additional fee on top of the regular registration fee.
