Default clunking noise passenger front wheel

Hi guys, just picked up my new baby as I was driving home I noticed a clunking from passenger side front wheel????? Hoping it's nothing serious, any advice gratefully received

Yes you could fix yourself if your ok will with a spanner and follow the How to that's on here.
