Sounds like it could be the intercooler o rings have gone see thread below.

It's a severe coolant leak. It's clearly water on the undertray and there's OAT staining everywhere.
What makes you believe it's the intercooler seals?
If you take a couple of photos showing the complete engine it will be easier to suggest the source. Your closeups (in the other forum) are difficult to interpret.

The leak is coming form under the airbox, suspecting PCV leak, the coolant is on max and not been lost at all
