Default Removing inlet hose from the fuel rail

Hi
Does any one know how to remove the (fuel incoming pipe) fuel contector from the fuel rail, chrome jobbi on top of the engine without using special tool 19R-020.
As the engine is ready to come out now YIPPEE

What does "special tool 19R-020" look like, or what does the part of the engine the "special tool" fit onto look like? Pictures if possible? It may help people find a suitable solution....
