I haven't had time to take care of it during the last two months...until last week.
The "old" part removed for inspection: Still looking and working great, but I'll not be able to get more aluminium frames. The story should end here, unless.... . . . . . . new design >>> laser cut steel frames >>> rapid prototyping (laser sintered polyamide) >>> mold >>> polyurethane >>> new mount The new part is installed on my KV6 since yesterday, the engine is very happy with it. I'm pretty confident that this one will also work on a diesel, will test. The pictures speak for themselves: A lot of technology involved for a very simple part (apparently). It has been fun.

Amazing work Fidel. Is this something you are realistically looking to produce?

I can't see any serious obstacles not to, excepting, perhaps, the postal fees from RO to UK. Even including them, the total will be less than 70 Euro (or 58 GBP). However, the best would be a UK based selling location. Actually I'm ready to start a small "production" within days. If anyone wants it, of course. ...BTW, thanks!

Fidel
Speak to one of the traders, and see if you can do a deal with them to ship a larger batch to them to then distribute onwards in the UK...
