Premier Inn Newhaven Edinburgh
Anybody know these cars. Have been at the Premier Inn for months and now have clamps, unpaid tax and Police aware notices on?
Shame, as checking the history.........the 800 has done under 50K and good MOT history till 2017. The MG has done 60K.

What colour is the ZT in? It looks almost like a monogram colour, or it might just be the sunlight. I'd gladly take either of them if they want their parking spaces back...

It is a monogram and could be a very nice car as is the 800.

The ZT’s colour is Typhoon. From the Monogram program.

Wow. Can’t believe they’ve been clamped. What happens to these cars?

There was a third car which obviously belonged to the same owner.......a Jag. This was also clamped but today was moved. Don't know if this was by the owner or the Police. Will keep an eye on the Rover and MG.

Well, I’ve just come back from the scrapyard and I’m sad to say this car has been wrecked. Someone overnight has damaged every panel on the car. It’s had a good kicking, unfortunately. Me and my friend went there this morning to try and get some panels off it. Sadly, we couldn’t do to the extensive damage to the bodywork. Not one panel went unnoticed by the scum that did this. I really wanted the boot lid for Mrs Singh as mine was keyed previously and it would of been perfect. The boot lid initially looked very good. Once opened, its clear someone tried to open it with a crow bar and sadly damaged the bottom of it so it was no use to me. All we got was the mirror caps, some of the plastic trim that goes along the doors and some mats. Engine has been ripped out by the scrappy to sell on. Only 45k on clock since new. It really is a sad sight and almost shed a tear and it’s not even my car.

Why? What a shame. Could have been saved.

I tried to save it Bob but the enforcement officers and DVLA were utter useless and being very awkward and said I can’t have it. I have a feeling the scrapyard bought it when it possibly came up for auction.
Which Rover do you mean? Oh, you mean the 800? I didn’t see it there.... Only a couple of 75 tourers, a saloon, an F and TF and a ZR. The TF was also a Monogram.
