So easily done Freddie, my dad tripped in his living room on Monday morning and couldn't get back up again, luckily the neighbour had taken a delivery for him as the driver couldn't get an answer, and rang to see if he was ok ,and then he rang me to tell me he had fallen. Luckily he was ok and not hurt, but just hasn't any strength to push himself back up again. When I got there I had to enlist the help,of the neighbour to lift him back in to the chair. I think he had just tripped on a bit of uneven carpet.

I am sorry to read this awful news about Sandra tripping up. Hopefully it can be repaired without the need for an operation. Freddie, please pass on our best wishes to Sandra for a speedy recovery.
