I must conratulate Batchelors on their new cup-a-soup "cup of dirty water" variety, they call it oxtail. Took one sip and the rest went down the sink!

Like the chicken one, thought I'd get oxtail for a change, bad move. I can see the rest of them lying the cupboard til they go out of date.

260 nice and clean courtesy of my local Polish Embassy, still don't want to take the chance of aggravating the shoulder. Steroid jab has had mixed results, sleeping a bit better but still got a constant dull ache and movement range no better.

You cant beat home made soup, I soaked some pearl barley, yellow split peas & lentils over night. some left over Chicken pieces, swede/carrot from last nights tea & a fresh broth mix (chopped carrot/cabbage/swede/celery, onion) two chicken stockpots & just finishing off the last 15 minutes with dumplings, bought a fresh Tiger loaf yesterday to go with it, It smells so good here
