I sometimes find that if I'm low on fuel and park on an incline sometimes the low fuel warning light comes on but after I've parked it on the level and leave it then the fuel gauge goes back to normal.

Presume this is due to the movement of the fuel and the gauge being slow reading?

Sealed the clips on the bottom of my rear window to stop the water leaking in. Hopefully nice and dry boot from now on..

I've had a box full of un-used super white SMD (cob) T series 501 bulbs for ages so fitted them to both front and rear courtesy light clusters in the 75, soooo much brighter and a whole lot better than the dull orangey colour bulbs.
The fade-down is not quite as gradual, more of a gentle fade, then at the last second ... off, kind of like it tbh.
Unlocking the car at night is like turning on a floodlight inside lol.

Has anyone got any recommendations of either SMD or LED superwhites for the front sidelights? I have used a couple of 'supposedly' canbus friendly makes and they still throw up errors, can anyone give me a link to some that they have used with no problems?
Thanks.

At the weekend I went out with the intention of a) hard wiring in a dash cam and b) fitting a set of mist washer jets.

Discovered a) The Ford Focus Mk3 jets I have acquired need a smaller bore hose than what is currently in place, b) I once again have coolant in the V with no sign of a leak from the thermostat assembly. I suspect either a hose failing in the recent cold snap or a leak from the L/H inlet manifold where I recently noticed an inexplicably loose bolt. (I haven't had it off for about 12 months .... the MANIFOLD, you smutty lot .... so don't quite know how this has come about).

Net result I stomped off back inside and decided to wait until later for the dash cam. Now waiting for a weekend when I'm not working to have a good look and find out if I have to find a couple of hours to remove and re-fit the manifold chamber just to get access to one pesky bolt.

Hi Scott.
First report of front spring going so far this year, a few more will be reporting no doubt before the end of March, safe to say the spring protectors are worth while fitting.
