I mentioned to the missus last year that our back garden had a lack of different colours - too many reds and and not many contrasting ones. She took it on board and has gone berserk with tulips this year:-

Afternoon all, Beutiful day but that north easterly wind has been a pig all day, enough to blow yer wig off I needed to get some stuff out from behind the Rover in the garage & I thought it';s about time she had a wash & run. She started up first turn of the key after not being started for goodness knows how long & ran smooth as silk
Beautiful spread of colour in your garden Rod, Very nice indeed. Snow foam time

Afternoon All.
Well I have just got back from Leeds, which was my first site visit since I started working from home on the 18th of March, and other than local shopping etc.. First time I've been anywhere since Lockdown. Have to say Leeds was very eerie, it was like something from 28 Weeks later, roads were empty, very few people about. I was only in Leeds the week before working from home, for a Gig. Its like Chalk and Day, or is it Night and Cheese Hope everyones well. |

Having just finished watering the garden I was a bit on the cold side - out of the sun it is decidedly chilly.
Decided to have the first sip of one of my Christmas presents - Captain Morgan gingerbread spiced rum. Bah gum - it don't half warm the back of your throat on the way down

Just back in from a lovely walk with the dogs, it’s rather nice out there at the moment.

I'm with you Andy. Walking Quizzie in the sunshine this evening was lovely.
But yes, the wind blew my cap off several times. Cars 2, Planters 0 - . Fantastic photos Rod. Wonderful colours. Have a good evening all. Andy. |

Good morning all, how is everyone?
After the farm cat had left its mucky paw prints all over my gleaming and recently polished 4x4, I decided to leave it out of the car port last night in the heavy rains. Hopefully the paw prints have been washed off. I am not sure what the problem with the weather is, we are on the 5th month of the rains? It’s lovely for the animals and everything is green. The usual rainfall is 2 months in a year. Great photos Rod, a pleasure to see the flowers blooming What next?? Macro photography? |
