Punch bag - Neighbour £20



78 pounds to loose 63 pounds 7 pounds which I have lost in the last 2 weeks

I lost 2.5 stone between Jan and August, just stopped eating all the stuff that's bad for you, I have put 1/2 stone back on now though as I cant leave the cake and biccies alone!

Respect Jay, if you can stick to a work out program, I haven't got time for that stuff!!!

I eat a balanced diet also Andy. Food doesn't really interest me. It was endless cans of cider and no exercise where I gained the weight. Now don't drink (thank God)! All that time pulling those 75/ZT's about all day must be a good work out on its own

Too right Paul. Especially on the exercise bike at about 5 minutes. Its been so long since I last did any exercise I forgot what endorphins were it replaces the alcohol buzz I used to get before drifting into alcoholism

Jay, on your bike, try doing 1 min very slow and then 1 min as fast as you can and repeat, and really try and do this at the same time everyday as the mind loves repetition, I guarantee weight will drop off, and sip, and I mean sip, dont gulp a glass of grapefruit juice as that will speed up your metabolism, or even icy water, as your body works harder as too warm it up.
I studied all of this about 30 years ago, and it does work
