It's sizzling here this afternoon I'm even sunburned I've been out to get some well rotted horse manure about 20 minutes away & boy is it good stuff, black gold I filled six 80 litre bags & that was it I'm absolutely cream crackered
Usually the stuff on facebook marketplace is pretty fresh stuff but this pile was years & years old, I shall be back for more before Winter & another good thing about it was it's free, Just bring your own bags, spade & wellies.

Evening all,

I've been out on a photoshoot for www.carandclassic.com today in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

Cool

Think I maybe back in the land of the living. Had a lovely walk along the coastal path starting in Seaton Cornwall. I had planned to walk for an hour but had to turn back after 35 minutes. Found a bench and rested for 20 minutes before taking a slow walk back to where I had left Banana.

Still feeling tired and have the occasional feeling I want to be sick, but I’m getting there. Slowly but surely. I have the most amazing neighbours who have gone out of their way to see me through this illness.

It's been a scorcher again today, Wall to wall blue skies & sunshine just too hot for this lad so I've been bread making.

Half brown wholemeal flour & half white flour, It turned out really tasty

Salmon fillets with rice & peas for tea tonight.

Good to hear you've turned the corner and on the way to recovery.
It's great that you have lovely neighbours who look out for each other

Oh YUM, That looks good Jeff, I've got some pork belly slices in the freezer but my missus & daughter say they're too fattening. More for me then
