2004 face lift plenum any difference

Hi went to check my plenum on my november 2004 connie se cdti but it looks diferent to the picures iv seen on this forum, can somebody tell me if the later cars are the same precedure to the earlier cars,the black plastic with the square holes has 2 little lugs not screws or am i looking at it wrong any advice would be great ,regards jondonwar

They all have 2 little lugs and no screws in that part. The shield underneath has a screw [Scrivit] locking it into position. Dave
