Question Reversing sensors permanently sounding

reverse sensors were working fine up until removed the lake from the boot, now when put into reverse, the bleep is now a permanent ring...any ideas what causing it, or how to return to normal cheers for any assistance, john

By the sound of it , maybe the water got to the the rather poor joint joint under the boot. The cable from the four sensors, are joined to loom under the boot and water can attack and erode the copper away. Remake the joint properly and then usually all will be well.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

mine did that after being laid up, sprayed each sensor with a bit of all purpose cleaner and a fine brush, drop of clean water and they are fine
