Nope, the brackets that fit inside the chassis legs are different!

iv just fitted a tow bar to my saloon and i can tell you they are different,just look on ebay yourself they are listed separatley jondonwar

They are not that expensive to get new if you go to towsure.com

Hi someone is selling a tourer towbar in the for sale section £45 delivered check it out unless you want new in which case your looking at £102 from towsure

My tourer has a 'saloon' tow bar fitted to it. My brother put it on. He had to extend the centre bracket, but the chassis leg brackets fitted ok.
