Well found the screw.
Got the power vis fitted, thanks stocktake.
But power vis still playing up, took it to bits fixed down both switches, resoldered all connects and tested. Then refitted and tested, it worked twice then stopped, took it to bits rechecked, refitted and again worked twice then stopped.
What is it with these power vis?

And still got to use tester with 12v supply yet.

Check the 8 pins on the white relay on the power vis, you will have minute cracks on the joints, reflow them . if you try this and it still doesn't work. check the continuity of the switches when open, if this fails I will post you one out on Monday as your relay has failed

Power Vis correct rest position.

Looking at the underside of the vis motor, hold the vis motor up so the short flat edge is to the bottom, this leave the round cut out to the top left.
The peg on the motor should then be between the 3 and 4 o'clock position. if it is not then the Vis is not working correctly. If this is correct then pull the brown arm in the manifold right across to the drivers side and the peg will drop in to the slot. If it isn't, let me know, I will send you a working one free of charge. ( even though you have not had one from me ) As you have an uprated Balance they do draw more current when warm and as our pm's may require 12v to operate. again I have offered to send you another one FOC.
Don't loose heart with this, as i say you are not alone.

Hi Dave
Hopefully these may help in the future if the question is asked again. Arctic
