Default Handbrake compensator refunds

As some might know, when sending modified compensators out, I charge a £25 deposit on the safe return of an old compensator, which is in a fit state to be modified. Once I have such in my hand, you will then get a full refund of the £25.

They are of absolutely no use to me, if they are missing parts or suffering irrepairable damage other than the usual stretching which they all suffer.

I have just had one returned, which is missing the rod which links the two brackets together. As such I can do nothing with it, so the refund is on hold until another usable one is received.

There are plenty of photos on this forum showing these complete compensators and the stretching they suffer.

The reason I have to charge a deposit, is that I absolutely must have the old ones back to keep this service going and these parts are no longer available. As an alternative to paying the deposit, you are welcome to send me a spare compensator, but usable compensator. Please keep in mind I'm offering this service at bare cost, no profit involved, so there is no margin for buying in compensators.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
