Thankfully I'm not in constant pain but getting moving again after a period of inactivity hurts like hell, solid knot of pain lower right, almost at the hip, borderline sciatica.

Need to go out soon, I'll include going up to my mate's tackle shop, see if he has any decent wet fly selections. Plenty cheap enough selections available online but I'd prefer to give him the business first, provided his prices aren't silly!

Evening Nigel, what have you been up to in the last few days then?
Been running around after Kids and stupidly agreed to fix a headphone amp, my son was given.. (It works if you push down on it I was told!!).

The board was smashed and poorly repaired.. But as it is a rather high end piece of kit.. I have revived it 6 hours later lol

Nurse came round this morning to check on mrs w44nty,good news they have discharged her,so its a very good sign.

Just need to keep an eye on her now and any more trouble ,straight back to the hospital..

We were off next Monday in the caravan, but we shall now look to go earlier probably Friday so she can have a longer break

Downside is ,no nurses now visiting the w44nty household,so I will have to make use of the LCOZ nurses when required

Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams
