Morning all - eventually
It's another lovely, sunny, but cold day here - cloudless blue sky for as far as the eye can see
I'm up to my ears in work for my drinking establishment today - posters to design, prices to work out for booze raffles, and a newsletter to get on with. To think - I used to get paid for doing that type of work

To Phil - best wishes for Jessica's sister in her op. - we'll say a prayer for her tonight and keep everything crossed for a positive outcome

To Derek - glad your OK mate - we missed you yesterday
I'm sure the test results will be fine. I know it's sad to lose another colleague, but as the poem says:
"Perhaps just a simple headline
In the paper that might say:
"OUR COUNTRY IS IN MOURNING,
A SOLDIER DIED TODAY"

To Steve in Norwich - I think it's time to drop the Smoggies - with our new Latin Manager, and expansive, free flowing football - we should be known as the The Conquistadores"

To the rest of the LCOZ - Jeff, Freddie, Nigel, Richard, Thomas, Steve(S) - I say "Hi de Hi

Together Forever

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

You're lucky, mine has been on a few times including when I nipped along to the shops earlier, outside temp reading 8.5. Trying hard to rain here now.
