Ouch.Morning all. Since I started exercising
my new dog a few weeks ago, I have a lot of hip and knee pain on my left side. Doesn't seem to affect my clutch operation much so driving is ok.
Self diagnosis is scary and the doctor thinks it's osteoarthritis...

I am hoping it is iliotibial band syndrome as the symptoms are similar...

Sorry to moan, that's what pain causes and there are many worse off than me.
