The Cider has a hint of Ginger Beer flavour to me even though the added ingredient is oranges

We are just back from the hospital. M.I is doing well, she walked 30 meters today in Physio and did some weight training 4kg on each arm to build up her arm and shoulder muscles, pumping/flexion. The medics and surgeons visited and they are happy. She gets tired, so they are keeping her in a couple more nights.

S is holding up, but is spending most of her time in bed. More depression than the brain tumour. Her friends are taking their turn to fly out from the UK to give her a boost and to try and motivate her

Hopefully the friends will give take her out of her depression, even for a little while would be worth it.

Your mother in law sounds like a trooper

No stopping that generation when they put their minds to something, please pass on Sophie's and my best wishes to both.

Just back from bowls match,we played in glorious sunshine,we won the match by 32 shots and taking 14 point to their nil

And 30 mins before start of match it was pelting down,is it Summer yet

I'm rather partial to the Black Stuff as well, more so in the winter though along with cask conditioned ales

Summer and the warm weather brings out the more refreshing drinks for me so cider and larger take centre stage

I like you rarely drink to excess for the same reasons of driving and work!
