Got a Magpie here looking for a lead injection! Back door is wide open, I heard a noise in the kitchen, looked through there a f..... Magpie eating the leftovers in Milka's dish! Got one of those fly curtains in the shed, put it up at the back door to keep the NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- out.

Polluted with the buggars here, dozens of them. They're not daft either, air rifle appears they disappear.

Only if you live in Newcastle
No, not illegal to dispatch a magpie.

I think I reduced the local pigeon population by 1 today. Stupid thing walked out in front of me as I was going round a small roundabout. Big explosion of feathers in the rear view mirror. Didn't remember to check it earlier as my drive to work is quite long, hopefully it hasn't done any damage.

Hope you came off better than my daughter-in-law - large, fat wood pigeon hit the front bumper of her Picasso - left a 16" crack in it (I measured it !)
