Take out old back boiler, cap off etc. Supply and install new condensing combi boiler (10 year warranty), 8 new radiators and 1 towel warmer. Using existing pipework which is built into walls/floors etc., but new gas supply pipe to be run up side of house and into loft (where boiler will be fitted). Remote control thermostat/control panel and remote filler loop (so if we need to pressure the sytem, we don't have to clamber into the loft)
