Good morning all, lots of discussion about the weather

We arrived at the coast and went for a swim under dark and dramatic skies. Not too far out, just in the surf of turquoise and green sea. The rains came down hard and we got out. We are staying in an old settlers colonial house at the beach. A house with stone floors, simply furnished, ceiling fans in every room a nice touch, a cook and gardener keep the house going

We bought 2kg of white snapper and a small parrot fish from a fisherman, so had lovely fish and chips for supper. It was a treat

Sounds idyllic Phil, turquoise and green seas You don't get that in England

I hope Jessica and yourself have a great time, it's been a stressful year and you both deserve a break away from the worrying

Morning Phil, morning Tony

Early start for me as I'm off to Surrey to do an ice install

I shall be availing myself to a McDonalds breakfast on the way, not quite the same as White snapper and Parrot fish though
