With the amount of smoke it was pumping out at idle it had to be diesel in a petrol. Want to hear the worst of it, it had twin exhausts so presume it was a V8 Range Rover

Good evening Richard, sorry to read about your knee injury playing you up. If this helps, I had something similar with a torn tendon and a dodgy knee. I had an op and the op sorted it all out okay.

By the way, the part which arrived from Isuzu Japan - the door switch is working perfectly thank you for doing your best

I hope you get the help you need Richard, with the correct diagnosis and the correct treatment with no delays. You need to get your life back.

Thanks Phil, you must have read my mind,I was just going to ask about the switch, pleased its sorted. The doc said if my knee is no better after the course of tablets has finished, I will need a MRI scan, and that will show up what's wrong and what can be done if anything. How long were you off after the tendon op? I am self employed ,so need to plan when to have any surgery done if its Kneeded see what I did there? Seriously though, no work,no income, won't even be able to drive the coach either, so a lot to go into if surgery is the only option. I am just shy of 50,and have another 20 years before I can think of retiring.

Hi everyone, I haven't spent much time on the forum over the last few days. Think I may have a touch of food poisoning, sweating, shivers, stomach pains and on the loo every few minutes. In three days I've had a bread roll and a small portion of Shepherd's Pie. I feel so tired and listless, everything is an effort, trying to drink loads of water though. It could have been down to last weekends BBQ cooked by the step son who cooks everything on the highest heat. Everyone else is fine though

I hope you feel better soon Steve, I had a dose of campylobacter 3 years ago that was so bad I honestly thought I was going to die, I was in hospital for 3 days and the council ran an investigation into where I'd caught it. Turned out it was a chinese meal we'd had that wasn't cooked properly

I think you need to have a word with the step son when you're feeling a bit better
