Just catching up on this thread, so sad. Condolences to friends and family. A sad loss of a very active and liked member ... innit.

So very, very sad. I met Bob a few times and he was a real character. Always made me chuckle with his posts.

Our deepest condolences to his family. RIP.

I don't know him or his family but having experienced the same with a family member I pray that God will restore his health and console the family.

Many of us have lost a very good friend & the club has lost a very special member. Bob was an unusual character especially if you didn't know him, but once you GOT his sense of humour or actually spoke to him you soon realised what a kind thoughtful & very funny man he was.............he did me many a good turn & wanted nothing in return. Some of the private messages we exchanged had me on the floor laughing, some were filled with amazingly sound advice & some were just very heart warming when things weren't going so well. I'm going to miss that little old man in his flat cap with that mischievous little white dog. If there really is a better place then I hope that's where Bob's gone.
Rest In Peace Bob..................I'm going to miss you
