Good morning Derek and Lilian thank you So far so good. I have go back to the hospital for a nerve conductivity test. I am not looking forward to it, as it involves being wired up and electrocuted. I had a good day yesterday. How is Lilian and yourself?

Good morning hope alls well?

My back and chest is hurting and I have been signed off work for a few days.

I did the damage a couple of weeks ago but it seems worse now.
All because I fell off the motorbike while training and the handlebar went into my chest

I hope alls well on here as have not been on for a while?

Good morning Thomas, sorry to hear about your injury. It won't do you any harm to have that time off from work and heal I read your post about getting a passport for driving through Europe. Will your boss pay you more?

I think its for the best to stay and heal as when I was climbing into the cab and strapping loads and shutting the curtains almost had me in tears.
