. It's raining.....again and today it's one lightly buttered piece of toast (instead of my usual slathering of butter) and a bowl of fruit & fibre

Unseasonably mild here this morning at 13c

On my way up to Suffolk and Norfolk shortly, will pop to the boat but not going to stay on board tonight I don't think.

Will be up again next week so will probably stay then overnight
