I enjoyed the meet today. The weather was just amazing. 24 degrees and sunshine. Could not be better. Good to meet new faces and old. I will put some pictures up tomorrow when I get a chance.

Once again a big thank you to Stu for putting this together, a fantastic show and the weather was perfect.

A very enjoyable day.

Stu will be a hard act to follow.

Along with other members,Jan & I too would like to pay tribute to Stu for all the sterling work he has put into the events he has arranged for us all to enjoy over many years.

Sadly for us all,Stu has stepped down as N.E. RS & am certain he will be greatly missed by all members who got to know him.

He did a fantastic job in all meets & events he arranged for us & yesterday at Bywell was no exception, thank you so much mate you did us proud yet again a superb event in a beautiful setting for all to enjoy, who ever may take the role on will certainly have their work cut out,as your commitment & attention to detail is second to none.

I know you will still be around & attending meets & may not feel the same without your hand on the tiller, you may find a bit more time to enjoy the banter without the added pressure, take care Stu,many thanks once again for everything, see you at Gretna.

Regards.....John & Jan.

Thanks everyone for turning up. We know it wasn't the smoothest operation but for the 1st time there I think we did ok. Feed back forms will be on the site soon so feel free to drop by and let us know your opinions.
Big thanks to Stu for all the work he has done over the years.

Neil, I will drop your old man an email later with my contact details for next year, as I will be club contact for this meet, unless of course, we have a permanent R S by then.
