I don’t have enough thanks to thank you all individually, but it helped through my hardship to know that you had my back and your messages of support and good wishes cheered me up, got me through the worst of it The culprit was pork chops. I had forgotten I had an intolerance to fat, but they did taste lovely. Jessica says I should become a veggie and have done with it. Dentist on Monday in Nairobi for the abscess, then everything should be ok in time for the trip to the UK.

Hope he gets better my sister and mom and dad got food poising I didn't cause did eat any meat

Thank you Ronnie, I am doing okay. Toothache is still there and since stopping eating biscuits and cutting out sugar, it is less
