Hooray!
My order from DMGRS has finally arrived only 15 days after the order was processed, hindered supposedly by electricity power cuts and IT Email problems It hasn't really of course. Given the assurances by the supplier that the original courier order should have been with me days ago and that a replacement order was being rushed out immediately ( 4 days ago ) presumably I should be the proud owner of two sets of screws and clips by now ( even though I only require and have paid for just one set ) |

Even the best couriers lose parcels so there is still no guarantee that there won't be problems. I have never used DMGRS, but regularly see his name mentioned on here, always praising his professionalism. Not sure he can be said to be letting his customers down constantly.

Im in Australia and have used dmgr a few times.
Have had items roll up very quickly most of the time and a bit slow on occassion. Im just glad that Matt created dmgr as he is helping to keep these cars going. Re shipping, not sure if dmgr has parcel tracking but that may help some customers work out time frames. Be interesting to see delivery time as ive just ordered some alternator parts last week from a supplier in the uk and a part from dmgr on the same day. I believe the other suppliers part is here in Perth, western australia already so be interesting to see the time differences in delivery. |

Panic over.........responded to a card from a courier left in my porch today, went down the depot and collected my much delayed order from DMGRS. Noooooo!........ I'm fibbing again, not a sign of the two consignments supposedly winging my way post haste ...the original order, and the 'not so' emergency rushed replacement order...... As opposed to the poster above I'm actually struggling to get parts for my car with Matt DMGRS. But I am delighted that the chap commenting has never had a problem despite personally having no idea whatsoever of the relevance of his experience to my electricity power cut, Email fault, no phone number available to query non delivery, lack of response affected order that is my particular experience. Goodness me, I don’t even know where to start. I think I’ll wade out of the sea of sarcasm first...
Granted, the order hasn’t gone to plan - but when customers rip every explanation of a delay to pieces to a ridiculous degree it just makes me wish I was of the type to just say ‘it’s held up, it’ll be there when it gets there’. Thankfully, as every other post in the thread backs up, I’m not like that - I like to explain things in depth. Unfortunately in this case, that just seems to be ammo for a good slating. I have no idea where the orders have got to - if it was just a set of undertray clips they’ll have been sent by Royal Mail (unless combined with another order). Our Royal Mail orders are put in a post box around the corner - the MI5 parcel locker with black helicopters guarding it is for our UK Mail orders. If it’s just undertray bolts it’ll have been popped in the post box - if I’ve said otherwise it must have been a mistake on my behalf. Oh and for the record, the second set were sent First Class (as you queried why this wasn’t done the second time - it was). Anyway, I’m just as baffled as you are as to where both orders have got to - if you still want them, I’ll gladly send another set and resolve it amicably. If however you’re just going to pick at every word I say, I’d rather just refund you. Life’s too short to get ridiculously stressed about these things - I run an honest business, 99% of the time things go perfectly to plan and we have literally thousands of happy customers. I’ll make sure you either get what you ordered, or a refund - let me know which.

Well I’d never accuse anyone of being dishonest, but I can count on one hand the number of RM deliveries I’ve had go missing since Christmas - and two have gone walkies to the same address.
Postman with sticky fingers? Kevin, it might be worth you PM’ing me your address to double check we have it correct
