Good Morning everybody, a cracking start to the day not a cloud in the sky so will be washing my BRG, Chips Away did a very good job of getting rid of some scratches along the nearside doors, front and rear wings,

Hi Phil hope everything is okay with you at the moment, regards to Jessica.

Morning all - I've been absent for a few days - think I've had/got a mild case of mad cow disease
I was out with mates on Saturday night - and then on Sunday morning I felt as rough as a dog's hind leg - coughing, sneezing, headache (which I don't suffer from usually). Turns out my farmer friend had exactly the same symptoms - first thought was if we'd drunk something dodgy the previous night?
However, as he drank Guinness and a couple of Talisker whiskies and I had cider and some J2O, we decided that wasn't the case. However, my mate's house cow (the one he keeps to milk for the farm's own consumption) dropped down dead last week
Or .......... it could just be a bug going around
Anyway - feeling perkier today, and the sun has come out to make me feel even better. I got my new 110 ah caravan battery delivered yesterday - gawd, it weighs a ton - well, 22kg actually. That's me £90 worse off.

Hi Steve, I am sorry to hear you are going to a liver biopsy. You could ask to have it done under sedation if it is worrying you. The last brain scan I done was the 3rd one in a few days and I was sedated with Happy Valley stuff, made it feel good. Hopefully you will be given the all clear and you can get on withyour life.

Today - One eye is closed up completely. The condition lasts 6-8 weeks and treatment is washing out the eyes and sinuses 3 times a day. When they prise open the bad eye, the pain is something else and no marijuana ( that was poo -poo’d) lol

I am being kept in and investigated for enlarged prostate. I casually mentioned I am up a few times in the night. They said the shingles has spread to the trunk. They have prescribed Calomine ....good old Calomine

Blimey! Phil that looks proper sore and now spread to the nether regions , 6-8 weeks is a long time with that eye shut.
Ah yeah calomine lotion it was a regular when we were kids, we were either painted pink with that stuff for measles, chicken pox or had us heads painted purple with iodine for the nits & lice lol.

The procedure isn't bothering me, the reason for it is! I presume there's some kind of sedation involved as I have to hang about for several hours after.

Cool

Had my ears lowered this morning.

Then popped along to Matt’s to collect some boxes for me to pack stuff away.

Left there at 16.3 for the 45 mile trip home, except it took three and a half hours home. Huge accident close to the Tamar bridge, no alternative way home for me.
