I've been barred!!! I've just been giving that mobile phone of mine a charge as I've not used it in 6 months still no idea how to answer a call on the damn thing
There's a bazillion updates it needs to do but I thought I'll ring the house land line because on my last phone which I didn't use for over 12 months they stopped my phone number because I'd not used it in a long time, lost me top up money too .
Anywho when I rang the house number it said calls from this number are barred!!! hey up I'll have to check if they've knobbled this top up money too.

Constipation ... perhaps?

If so then maybe a little old concoction to keep you regular might come in handy. I can barely remember it but I think it starts with something like ... "Yella belly custard green snot pie ... All mixed up with a dead dogs eye". Hmmm?

If you have a pressure washer, DIY colonic irrigation might help

The constipation suggestion was not entirely tongue-in-cheek. I once struggled to a doctor with severe stomach pain and as I waited my turn to see him the nurse diagnosed it as possible appendicitis. She'd no sooner spoke to me when I bent over in pain clutching my stomach which prompted her to dash away to get the doctor. They both hurried back to see me and he was minded to agree with her diagnosis but almost as an afterthought he asked, after he coughed, "how long is it since you last went?"

I thought it was a blimming stupid question for him to ask as I sat there convulsing in pain but he was adamant that I try to recall and guess what ... he was bang on the money as it turned out. I had never known the like of it and I thought initially that they were having a laugh ... which they probably were or did afterwards lol. But after an embarrassing failure with a suppository and a doubly embarrassing success with an enema I literally sprang out of the practice feeling zillions lighter, pain free and with a spring in my step that I had never known before.

I wonder why they blame diesel trains for pollution
