Default top strut bearings how big a job ?

can anyone tell how big a job it is to fit a pair of top strut bearings on a mk2 cdti and how much roughly will it cost to do both sides with me suppling the parts thanks in advance john

It’s a simple enough job if you have decent tools, a six sided 15mm socket is a must for the pinch bolts on the hub, and a good set of spring compressors are needed too.

A good garage should be able to do them in around 1.5 hours per side.
