air con -Kwik fit
I am currently sat in Kwik fit waiting for my air conditioning to be serviced. So far so good, no leaks detected and there was already some pressure in the system before they started. I wonder if the air con machine is more intelligent than some of these Kwik fit fitters. Anyway I am waiting for the machine to complete the process... I wonder if I will get the weather to use the air con, knowing the British weather.

£49.00. The fitter plugs the machine in and then twiddles his thumbs for an hour. The machine recovers any gas / oil, checks for pressure leaks and, if no significant leaks are detected, refills the system.
My Air con is now working great

Good luck with that!
Last time they did my air con, my low speed fan was not working and it overheated the ac and damaged my compression.

Thanks to one of the T4 guys, I had the fan tested at one of the nano meets. My fan is the older 3 speed type and is working normally..... for now.

Agree with the weather. I have just had mine re-gassed after about 3 years of it not working and the weathers been horrible since

I went to my local ATS to get my tyres removed for a wheel refurb and they're knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything.
