Default auto /manual starter motor

Hi anyone tell me if the starter motor for the 75 auto is the same as the manual one, also is the mk1 the same motor as a facelift mk2
i bought a new starter when I had a manual which iv sold and now got a 75 cdti auto .cant find any info on rimmers site thanks john

manual and auto starter motors are different, and don't change across the years.

I've got an auto one in the Freebies section if you need one.
