Hi as you have not replied to my personal message I sent you weeks ago ,can you tell me when I can expect my LED rings which I paid for, I think it was October ,I see some one on here received the rings from you, but I have had not a single reply from you , please sort this out for me regards john

Another thread about him :O . I wonder if the mods have become involved yet in all this? There are way too many threads being made about the poor customer service, and people not receiving items they have paid for. Which isn't acceptable, regardless of whether he is a paid up trader on this forum or not.

All of this bad blood could have ben so easily avoided if he'd just communicate.
He doesn't have a problem with mailing lists as I get sales stuff from him in my inbox all the time. If you've got people's money for months Sean, you have a duty to keep people properly informed.
It's basic etiquette!

Paid months ago. Well past stated delivery date. No response on the relevant thread on his shop page and am being totally blanked on private messages.

This is completely unacceptable.

Do you think he simply can’t cope with the size of his business? I’m assuming the business through this forum is only a fraction of his wider companies trading. After all he’s in Canada, for all we know he could be operating in loads of countries!! Maybe the answer is more staff and for him to delegate areas of responsibility.

I’ve had goods from him with never any trouble but given the numerous threads of this nature I’d be very wary of any further dealings.

Dont really like to get involved but these problems are the reason I have never bought from this trader. Makes it look bad on the forum and the club. Mind you,if you pays your money on that which is only a promise to deliver...............nuf said.
